Terms of service
Terms of Service
These terms govern use of this storefront and the order-request process operated by 730 SIMMS MANAGING MEMBER LLC, a Colorado-based business providing online beginner guitar educational resources.
Adding items to the cart or submitting a request does not make a paid purchase, reserve a seat in a live class, authorize a charge, or confirm acceptance of an order. A manager contacts you before payment. Customer accounts are not required to browse or request courses.
1. Business and scope
730 SIMMS MANAGING MEMBER LLC offers digital educational materials focused on beginner guitar instruction — fundamentals, chords, rhythm, technique drills, practice planning, and related self-paced lesson packs. Listings describe digital resources, not live in-person lessons, accredited degrees, or guaranteed performance outcomes. The written confirmation for an individual order identifies what is being purchased.
2. Using the website
Use the storefront lawfully and provide accurate information relevant to your request. You must have legal capacity to enter the agreement for your order, or act with the authority of the purchaser. Do not submit malicious code, misuse forms, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content for competing course products, or use another person’s information without permission.
We may address abusive or fraudulent use and may decline a request for a lawful, documented reason.
3. Catalog descriptions and images
Listings identify the course or pack scope offered at the displayed price. Product photos illustrate the craft of learning guitar; they are not a promise of a specific instructor appearance, studio location, or licensed commercial song chart unless expressly stated. An image alone is not a technical specification of every file format.
Before payment, we confirm the relevant modules, access method, and deliverables for your order. If an advertised detail is inaccurate, we explain the correction and seek your approval rather than charge for a materially different product. We do not substitute a course without agreement.
4. How a request becomes an order
- Choose the courses or packs you want us to review.
- Submit your contact details and relevant preferences.
- A manager checks the requested scope, then contacts you with a written offer.
- Review the materials included, access timing, applicable refund terms, payment instructions, and any tax notes. An order proceeds only after you accept the offer and the agreed payment conditions are met.
An automated request receipt acknowledges transmission of your inquiry. It does not replace the manager’s order confirmation. Keep the final written confirmation for your records.
5. Prices and transparent totals
Prices are stated in U.S. dollars. The displayed price covers the listed digital course or stated scope. Applicable government charges, including taxes, are confirmed before payment when they apply. We do not add an undisclosed mandatory handling fee to the displayed price.
A bundle, custom sequencing request, or different access window may require a separate quote. The manager explains the determining factors and the resulting total for your approval before you become responsible for it. No automatic renewal or recurring subscription charge is created by an order request unless a future written plan expressly says so.
6. Payment and acceptance
No payment credentials are collected in the order-request form. Any payment-method logos or selections there represent your preferred method, subject to confirmation that the method is available for the accepted order. They do not authorize payment or imply a partnership endorsement.
After review, the manager supplies the available payment method and clear instructions. Do not pay an unverified recipient or send card information by email. See our Payment and Billing Policy.
7. Digital delivery, cancellation, and refunds
Digital access details are sent after payment confirmation using the email you provide. Delivery timing and file formats are described in the confirmation. For cancellation or refund questions, see our Refund Policy and Shipping / Digital Delivery Policy. A restriction not disclosed before purchase is not applied retroactively. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain available.
8. Educational nature and third parties
Courses teach techniques and practice habits. Results depend on the learner’s practice time, instrument condition, and prior experience. We do not guarantee employment, performance bookings, exam scores, or specific skill timelines.
Referring to a third-party tuner app, metronome, or platform does not create a partnership or transfer our responsibilities for the materials we sell.
9. Content, privacy, and communications
Website branding, lesson copy, and original charts may not be redistributed as competing course products or resold. You may keep copies for your personal learning. Information submitted to the business is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
By submitting an inquiry, you ask us to contact you about that inquiry or order. This is not blanket consent to marketing calls, texts, or newsletters. If a communication appears suspicious, verify it through our published contact details.
10. Applicable law, changes, and help
Applicable Colorado and federal law govern the business’s activities, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you or the transaction. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration, waive a consumer remedy, or prevent use of a regulator, a court with proper jurisdiction, or a payment provider’s lawful dispute process.
If part of these terms cannot lawfully be applied, the remaining lawful provisions continue to operate. Updates govern future use and transactions; a later version does not rewrite an existing accepted order without agreement or a legal requirement. Contact us with the order reference and the issue so that we can review it.
